Howard E. Berkenblit

Howard Berkenblit is a partner in the Boston office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, and co-leader of the firm’s securities and corporate finance group. He focuses on counseling public and private companies involved in equity and debt financings, and ongoing corporate governance and disclosure matters, stock exchange listing standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. He has written articles and spoken on many topics including Sarbanes-Oxley and a range of securities law issues impacting U.S. and foreign companies. Mr. Berkenblit previously served as senior corporate counsel of Stream International Inc., a provider of customer relationship management services. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, and he received his law degree from Boston College Law School.

Mr. Berkenblit is the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Securities Law Committee and also a member of the board of directors of the Men’s Associates of Hebrew Senior Life.

Mr. Berkenblit and his wife currently live in Sharon, MA with their two daughters.
